I use Melissa’s recipe for All-Purpose Cleaner on that hairspray. Give it a little dwell time and use it daily with a microfiber cloth. It really does work like a charm! 1-1/2 C. water, 1/2 C rubbing alcohol, 1 t. dish soap plus EO’s (I love 6 d. Tea Tree, 15 d. Peppermint, 20 d. Lavender, 5 d. Vanilla). Give it a little shake before use. Make a scent you love and you will look forward to using it! Half the work for you if you can get your daughter to clean her own residue (perhaps let her concoct the scent recipe!)

Try a 50/50 solution of rubbing alcohol and water. Plus, you’ll disinfect your countertop. It cleans mirrors well, too. If you don’t care for the alcohol smell, add several drops of your favorite essential oil.

Hey mrsidaho! I too love spot free shower doors, and the solution I found is to squeegee them followed by drying them with a microfiber cloth right after EVERY shower. I actually take this one step further and I also squeegee and wipe down the entire shower, walls, shelves, and floor, after each shower. It’s great! I have no water spots (we live with a well) and no soap scum. Our old shower had yuck in the non slip pattern on the floor and I could never get it out. Our new (white) shower stall is now 5 years old and sparkles like the day it was installed (after the construction dirt and dust was cleaned up!). Good luck!

Use a disinfectant to spray the toilet. Leave it on for a few minutes then wipe with a clean cloth.
